Remote Field Barn - Yorkshire Dales National Park

On instruction from a large rural estate we re-roofed the front elevation of this remote field barn. Due to its remote location access was only possible during dry weather using 4 wheel drive machinery.

We set aside the Yorkshire Grey Slates for re-use.

Removed all the rotten timbers and fit new to match in size and material.

We hand made oak pegs and re-slated.

We sourced matching slate to replace any broken ones
